We use survey responses to produce home care insights, including aggregated statistics, benchmarks, trends, and reports, which we may publish, share, and reference as described in our Privacy Statement. Survey responses are de-identified before they are used to create or share insights.
Participation in the Survey is voluntary. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you agree to provide truthful responses.
Your Content and License
By submitting responses or other content through the Site (“Submissions”), you grant Aaniie a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your Submissions in de-identified and aggregated form for the purpose of creating and sharing home care insights and operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your Submissions do not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AANIIE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SURVEY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
